Homerun is a dedicated, school-focused transport service designed to make daily school travel safer, more reliable, and less stressful for families.

Homerun was build by a parent for parents. We understand what it takes to get them home.
Our model is based on consistent routes aligned with school timetables, vetted drivers, safe and reliable buses, with the added benefit of GPS Tracking, online bookings, and notifications – offering a professional alternative to informal lift clubs and private arrangements.

The Team
Our team is committed to providing safe, reliable and
caring transport for every child. From our drivers to
our bus assistants, every member plays a part in
creating a secure and comfortable journey.
The Bus
A new dedicated 2026 VW Crafter with 23 seats,
purchased and insured specifically for school transport.
The Licence
Homerun operates under the required public operating
license for transporting learners to and from school.
The Driver
Our driver is carefully screened and selected,
with a valid PrDP license. The safety and
wellbeing of every child is our top priority.
The Bus Assistant
A trained assistant travels on every trip,
assisting children with on and off-boarding.
She provides adult supervision throughout the
journey and helps ensure every child is accounted
and cared for.
Currently serving
Homerun currently operates between Pinehurst area to and from Gene Louw Primary and Eversdal Primary, offering 1 morning school run and 3 afternoon drop offs at your doorstep.
